What this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors to prespesluxuryhomes.com and to people who contact us about a stay at Prespes Luxury Homes. It explains in plain words what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek law. Cookies have their own page: the Cookies Policy.

What we collect

  • Through the contact form: your name, email address, arrival and departure dates, the number of guests, which home you are asking about (optional) and your message.
  • By email or phone: whatever you tell us when you write or call, such as your name, contact details, dates and requests.
  • If you stay with us: the details needed to arrange your stay and those the law requires.
  • Technical data when you use the form: we use your IP address only to stop spam. We keep a scrambled version of it (a keyed hash, not the address) together with a timestamp, normally for about an hour.
  • Visit data: only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies. See the Cookies Policy.
  • Server records: our hosting provider keeps technical server logs, for example the IP address, the date and the page requested, to run and protect the service. Our host's own privacy notice explains how long it keeps them.

We do not ask for sensitive data such as health or beliefs. Please do not put them in your message. We do not take payments through this website.
