Stay inside the village

Agios Germanos is a designated traditional settlement in Prespa, about 1,050 m above sea level, with an 11th-century Byzantine church and a restored watermill nearby, which the owners call the only one of the area to survive.

Our four homes share one renovated stone building in Agios Germanos itself, so you stay in the village rather than drive through it.

Four homes in one renovated stone building more than 120 years old, for groups of different sizes. Tell us how many of you are coming and we will help you choose.

The four homes sleep up to 2 · 4 · 4 · 5 guests, and up to 15 guests in all.

Each home has a main bed. The other places to sleep are sofa beds, not children's beds.
